All monies paid for the Program will be refunded in full (less a $50 administrative fee) if a refund request is received 7 or more days before the Program begins.
If a refund request is received between 7 days and 1 day before the Program begins, a nonrefundable credit (less a $50 administrative fee) will be granted and the credit can be used towards any CYE program or products for one year after the date of grant.
No refund for the Program will be available solely because of dissatisfaction with the presentation or contents of the Program. No credit or refund for the Program shall be available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave the Program early for any reason.
